有關模高指示計
裝模高度
所謂裝模高度，就是滑塊在下死點將滑板調整設定在上限時，從底座上表面至滑塊下表面的距離
閉模高度
所謂閉模高度，是除去墊板，在滑板下死點將滑塊調整設定在上限時，從底座上表面至滑塊下表面的距離
開口高度
所謂開口高度，就是滑塊在上死點將滑塊調整設定在上限時，從滑塊下表面至墊板上表面的距離
滑塊調整量
模具安裝時，滑塊的調整通過連桿和滑板調整螺絲（連接螺旋）進行，通過該螺絲對滑塊位置進行上下調整。并設定根據該調整量而安裝的模具高度的可動域。
裝模高度指示器
進行這些調整時所使用的就是“裝模高度指示器”。進行模具設定時，通過該機械進行上限、下限的設定。

ダイハイトとは
ダイハイトとはスライドが下死點でスライド調整を上限にセットした時のベッド上面からスライド下面までの距離の事。
シャットハイトとは
シャットハイトとはボルスタを取り除きスライド下死點で上限にセットした時ベット上面からスライド下面までの距離の事。
オープンハイトとは
オープンハイトとはスライドが上死點でスライド調整を上限にセットした時スライド下面からボルスタ上面までの距離の事。
スライド調整量
金型取り付け時に於けるスライドの調整はコネクチングロットとスライド調整ネジ（コネクチングスクリュー）により行いこのネジによってスライド位置を上下に調整を行う。この調整量によって取り付けられる金型の高さの可動域を設定する。
ダイハイトインジケーターとは
これらの調整を行う際に使用されるのが「ダイハイトインジケーター」となる。
金型設定時にこの機械によって上限?下限の設定を行う。
ABOUT DIE HEIGHT INDICATOR
What is die height?
Die height is the distance from the top of the bed to the bottom of the slide when the slide is at bottom dead center and the slide adjustment is set to the upper limit.
What is Shut Height?
The shut height is the distance from the upper surface of the bed to the lower surface of the slide when the bolster is removed and the upper limit is set at the bottom dead center of the slide.
What is open height?
The open height is the distance from the lower surface of the slide to the upper surface of the bolster when the slide is set to the upper limit of slide adjustment at top dead center.
Slide adjustment amount
The slide is adjusted when the mold is attached by using a connecting lot and a slide adjusting screw (connecting screw), and the slide position is adjusted up and down by this screw. The range of motion of the height of the mold to be attached is set by this adjustment amount.
What is a die height indicator?
The “die height indicator” is used when making these adjustments.
The upper and lower limits are set by this machine when setting the mold.
